- Qualifications and Experience
- To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
- HCPC registration and membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
- Previous experience working within adult acute Speech and Language Therapy services.
- Experience managing dysphagia and communication disorders within acute hospital settings.
- Experience working with patients in ITU or critical care environments.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and clinical reasoning skills.
- The ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
