- Qualifications & Experience

- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales support, lead generation, or B2B commercial roles of advantage
- Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical services) is an advantage
- Multiple languages preferred, English and German fluently, French would be beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
