AI/ML Technologist

Responsibilities

• Define and implement scalable AI/ML architectures to modernize platform technologies, debug, and power/performance workflows.
• Design and develop intelligent, autonomous agents capable of self-orchestrating debugging, analysis, and optimization tasks, enabling continuous learning and decision-making.
• Power and Performance Analytics: Develop advanced analytics frameworks to monitor, predict, and optimize power efficiency and system performance metrics for client products.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage ML models and telemetry data to deliver actionable insights for system-level optimization, anomaly detection, and performance bottleneck analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware, software, and platform engineering teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into existing ecosystems.

Requirements

• Key Skills and Expertise:
• Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI system design
• Experience with Agentic AI / autonomous systems / multi-agent frameworks
• Knowledge of platform technologies, system debug, and power/performance optimization workflows
• Proficiency in data analytics, performance modeling, and optimization techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, and scalable pipelines
• Familiarity with MLOps and production deployment of AI systems
• Exposure to reinforcement learning, decision systems, or adaptive agents
• Proficiency in Python (primary for AI/ML, data pipelines)
• Strong knowledge of C/C++ (for system-level, performance-critical components)
• Familiarity with Power Shell scripting (automation)
• Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum Experience - 7+ Years of experience with Bachelor's or 8+ years with Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields
• Familiarity with MLOps and production AI deployment
• Understanding of memory, CPU, GPU, and system architecture
• Debugging at system/software/hardware interaction level
