You'll be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, conducting repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Job Purpose Are you a practical, hands-on professional who takes pride in keeping buildings safe, compliant and well maintained? Our client is looking for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Officer to help ensure their sites remain welcoming, functional and safe for everyone who uses them. This varied role combines day-to-day reactive repairs with planned maintenance, safety checks and contractor coordination, offering the opportunity to make a visible, positive impact through your skills every single day.

Responsibilities

  • Regular maintenance and upkeep jobs
  • Small scale emergency repairs
  • Legal compliance checks
  • Facilitating specialist contractor works
  • Administration, using basic IT digital recording systems, Outlook Emails
