Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers, building strong relationships with IT, operations, and senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales to understand client requirements, run discovery workshops, and shape solution strategies.

- Enhance onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs to reduce time-to-value and improve customer satisfaction.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and design integration workflows using EDI/API standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON).
- Troubleshoot integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements to optimize system performance and data flow.
- Ensure adherence to security and integration standards, maintain documentation, and support clients with training and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience in system integration or enterprise implementations.
- Proven experience in leading customer onboarding for enterprise systems, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics.
- Demonstrated success in solution consulting or pre-sales roles, supporting commercial teams to win and expand accounts.
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and modern integration technologies (XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies (including agentic AI) to enhance solution design and productivity.
- Experience in co-selling, building business cases, solution scoping, effort estimation, and value-based selling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, deliver executive presentations, and conduct workshops effectively.
- Customer-centric, analytical, and self-driven individual with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and global mindset.
