Job Purpose The mandate of the Medical Governance & Assurance (MGA) group is to help navigate the Canadian Medical Division through challenging decisions, embedding good governance with integrity, transparency and patient focus. The role manages the systems and processes that support medical governance, including management monitoring activities, and enables Medical Division training, medical education, and governance documentation oversight. Details (Your Responsibilities) This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following : Medical Governance/Compliance: Implement effective training by working with medical departments and MGA to manage training curricula and coordinate instructor ‐ led training sessions Assist in lifecycle management for divisional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidance documents and as local lead for Global to Local process will collaborate with the Written Standards and Training team and other stakeholders as appropriate Manage and publish local procedural documents that are not related to global processes Local Subject Matter Expert for myLearning and Veeva Quality Docs, acting as point of contact for Medical Division, and providing administrative support for training/governance requirements Support daily governance operations and requests for Medical Affairs and leads governance projects for the division as required Lead team of monitors in executing management monitoring of medical-led non-promotional activities as well as conduct management monitoring of medical education activities and is the local Subject Matter Expert for Veeva QMS Contribute to strategic and operational projects, including supporting governance and risk management activities within cross‑functional teams as required Audit & Inspection Readiness: Assist in audit and inspection readiness activities including compliance monitoring Operational support : Collect, extract and analyze performance metrics Collaborate with team members to maintain content on GSK's Intranet sites related to MGA Support the execution of annual Canada's voluntary disclosure of payments to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) Provide operational support to the Grants & Donations Chair and Committee Why you?
