Responsibilities

  • Procurement and Order Processing: Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, including creating purchase orders, managing requisitions, and tracking orders for IT hardware (laptops, monitors, etc.) and software licenses.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline manual tasks and contribute to the improvement of procurement workflows, particularly within ServiceNow.
  • What you should bring
  • 1-3 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or operations support role, preferably within an IT department.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow is a significant plus). High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Smartsheet) for data tracking and management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, take on new challenges, and help build more efficient processes.
  • Familiarity with IT hardware, software licensing models (e.g., Adobe, Microsoft), and technology vendors is highly desirable.
