Job Responsibilities Preparation and review tax returns as it relates to high-net-worth individuals, primarily their personal income tax return as well as their closely held businesses, trust, estate, and gift tax returns Conduct tax research into industry and government developments as it relates to wealth planning opportunities and strive to maintain up-to-date tax knowledge Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets Build on strong coaching skills to mentor key talent
