Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, electrical equipment, or electromechanical environment
• Experience managing engineered-to-order or custom manufacturing projects
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, order management, and long-lead material coordination
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications
• Experience collaborating with engineering, supply chain, production, and quality teams
• Proficiency with ERP systems and project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer management skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Position: Project Manager - Power Distribution Products Location: Marietta, OH Duration: Full time, Direct Hire Salary: Starts at $120,000 annually and may be higher depending on experience. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead custom power distribution equipment projects from initial sales opportunity through final shipment and project closeout. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, customer communication, scheduling, and execution for engineered-to-order electrical equipment projects.
