That's why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care. Position Overview Therapists provide individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family. Schedule Working generally Monday- Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm 1-2 evenings per week working until approximately 8:00 (would have a later start time on those days) Compensation Range: Therapist I (Pre-Independently / Associate Licensed Therapists): $55,000-$65,000 Annually Therapist II (Independently Licensed Therapists): $65,000-$75,000 Annually Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position. How Therapists Empower Recovery Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks, as assigned, to address specific therapeutic needs. Oversee a caseload of clients, ensuring comprehensive delivery of both individual and family therapy according to the assigned treatment plan. Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's evolving therapeutic needs and goals. Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated, promoting non-disordered eating behaviors, and addressing disordered eating patterns. Facilitate and lead treatment team meetings, driving collaborative discussions on client progress and adjustments to treatment strategies. Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to assess new clients, gathering essential clinical information to inform treatment planning. Generate detailed discharge and transition service plans, making informed recommendations for continued care and coordinating transitions to the next level of care services. Work closely with external professionals and community agencies to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of care for client's post-discharge. Offer clinical supervision to colleagues when appropriate, depending on licensure and expertise. Drive clients, staff, and supplies using the company vehicle when necessary, ensuring safety and compliance with transportation protocols. Carry out other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team's overall mission.
