This role supports the Director, Private Asset, in executing private investment activities such as the implementation of the private‑asset investment framework and investment strategies across private assets. The role plays a hands‑on execution role, supporting portfolio construction and deployment planning, conducting due diligence, preparing investment and governance materials, and managing the day‑to‑day private‑asset pipeline. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness, as well as strengthening post‑investment monitoring and asset‑owner oversight. The role also supports system onboarding, maintenance of data, tracking of approved guardrails, and deployment activities. Job Descriptions: Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate private‑asset opportunities, support manager selection, plan and manage the deployment pipeline, and perform due diligence across private‑asset strategies to support timely and disciplined deployment. Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the private‑asset platform and framework across private asset classes such as execution of portfolio construction and deployment planning, investment structuring, and improve deployment process. Execute ongoing portfolio monitoring and post‑investment management activities, including performance assessment, maintenance of data, monitoring compliance status, tracking guardrails, and supporting risk oversight across private assets. Plan and execute fulfilment of approved conditions such as implementation of required guardrails and deployment prerequisites. Fulfil conditions across each deployment stage, working with internal stakeholders to enable efficient implementation of plans. Lead and deliver assigned private‑asset initiatives and projects such as onboarding and integration of risk systems, enhance governance standards, coordination of asset deployment activities, and improve operational readiness. Job Requirements: University degree in Finance or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant investment experience, private and alternative space. Self-driven, open minded, and fast learner. Team player and strong stakeholder management skills. Good communication skills with ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Project management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Experience in private and alternative assets such as strategy development, deployment planning and risk management is an advantage. ESG/responsible investment experience is a plus.
