Responsibilities

  • As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors to the hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing arrivals and departures

  • Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and a high level of energy
  • Experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Fluency in English
