Job Description We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Field Technician (Tolling) to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of toll equipment systems through preventive maintenance , troubleshooting, and repairs. This role is full time and onsite , located in Pompano Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret complex schematics, parts/ wiring diagrams , and establish test procedures
  • Utilize tools like volt/amp meters, oscilloscopes , and network analyzers
  • Perform preventative maintenance and frequent inspections of equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and networking issues
  • Configure toll equipment software and network devices
  • Conduct daily site inspections of tolling equipment and systems
  • Install, maintain, and monitor CCTV cameras and NVRs
  • Assist with equipment installation and testing at tolling sites
  • Work safely at heights up to 30 feet and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Complete maintenance documentation accurately and timely

Requirements

  • Required:
  • Knowledge of electronic systems and components
  • Skilled in using technical tools and software environments (Windows, Unix , Linux)
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical and maintenance documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid Class E Driver's License
  • COMPTIA A+ Certification or equivalent
  • Aerial Lift Vehicle Operation Certification
  • Intermediate Maintenance of Traffic Certification
  • Completion of a 10-hour OSHA Safety Course
  • Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
