Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience preferred, ideally in senior living, residential, or commercial properties.
• Strong handyman and troubleshooting skills across multiple trades.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be reliable, professional, and responsive to emergency situations.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance duties.

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents through preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the property. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-service oriented, and experienced in general building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and basic carpentry.
