Goal: Hire a bridal coordinator to manage client workflows, bookings, emails, customer service, and project management for brides throughout their journey with the company. Key Specific Tasks VA will do: Managing workflows and tasks in CRM (Dubsado) Email communication and customer service Invoicing and bookings management Tools/Software to use: Dubsado (CRM system) - must have experience or ability to learn quickly Slack - for communication Asana - for task management
