Please visit our website for more information - https://www.mufgemea.com/mbe Function positioning The CMS Team Administrator supports customers throughout the onboarding process for Cash Management products, such as GCMS Plus, GPH, Comsuite Forex, and Cash Pooling, and ensures they can effectively use our services for their daily transactions. The primary purpose of the CMS Team Administrator role is to deliver Help Desk support for our internet banking services and ensure customers are able to use the system effectively by resolving operational issues and providing customer support. The secondary purpose of the role is to support senior team members in cash pooling services and other Transaction Banking products. The role includes the following: Customer onboarding administration for CMS products (including GCMS Plus, GPH, Comsuite Forex, and Cash Pooling); Customer training on CMS products; Customer support as the Help Desk for CMS products; Daily administration and maintenance of CMS contracts for customers; Administration of customer offboarding for CMS products.
