Area Sales Manager- Premium-ROMG

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
• Manage distributor and dealer network, including network expansion
• Further develop business in the area by winning new A & B Class bodyshop
• accounts
• Manage service requirements of body shops and key customers in the area
• Planning & Forecasting of sales, material, OD
• Coordinating with team of technical associates, internal coordination with various departments
• Maintain healthy relationship with channel partners and end customers
• Responsible for overall business development in the defined area
• Taking lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Key requirements:
• MBA / Degree in paint technology/ Chemical Engineering, He should have 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales role. Should have exposure in industry like Paint (Refinish), Tyre, Lubricants, Automobile. Should be able to cover large area.
