Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree preferred.
- 2-4 years' experience preferred
- Able and willing to work overtime on short notice
- Demonstrates good judgment and can balance multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Work in various positions such as standing or sitting and working in repetitive jobs/assemblies.
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience or other Process Improvement program is desirable.
- Leadership skills will be a key attribute.
- Physical Requirements:
- The worker is required to have natural or corrected near-distance visual acuity of 20/25 and the ability to differentiate between colors.
- Be able to lift 70lbs and work in various positions: standing, sitting, and working on repetitive jobs/assemblies.

As the Group Leader, you will take the lead and give direction to a group of operators as well as coordinate and prioritize work schedules and assign tasks.
