Job Responsibilities: Course Planning and Management Assist the Dean of Curriculum in course planning, development and management Provide administrative support in course submissions and uploading of materials into the training system, such as preparation of workflow, master calendar, and course outlines etc. Proofread printing materials and data submissions Setup online platform for training Assist in scheduling of training venues Liaise with local/overseas lecturers, training partners and teachers Marketing Design marketing and publicity materials Design and publication of course handbook Carry out effective publicity Data Management Upload course data into database Prepare analysis report Other Responsibilities Event management Any other ad-hoc duties assigned Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Relevant administrative experiences Proficient in both English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates Good communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask and able to deliver under stress Responsible, meticulous and able to work independently without supervision Proficient in MS applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and designing software Pleasant personality, willing to take initiatives to help colleagues and other stakeholders (All applications will be in strict confidence.
