Reports To: Vice President, Strategy and Growth Function: Strategy & Growth Location: Hong Kong Role Summary and Impact This role is responsible for leading strategy and ideation for a diverse portfolio of clients, spanning categories from finance and luxury brands to FMCG. The primary focus will be to advance the strategic discipline into a new era defined by AI and data-led insights. This includes developing compelling narratives that combine consumer insights with data analytics, championing the use of AI to create robust communications strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to present innovative business solutions. Furthermore, this position will be instrumental in nurturing a creative culture by developing award-winning case studies and conducting workshops that inspire excellence. Core Responsibilities: Develop key strategic inputs, including audience identification, communication platform creation, and ideation for activating strategy through media and digital innovation. Devise and implement frameworks that correlate marketing investment with business outcomes to establish budget allocations and KPIs. Proactively identify client challenges and formulate effective, data-informed solutions. Drive business development through new business pitches and the strategic growth of existing client accounts. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Analytics, Client Services, and Planning, to deliver integrated solutions. Serve as the in-agency and external subject matter expert on consumer trends, applying this knowledge to strategic development. Craft compelling narratives that ensure media strategies are insight-led and idea-driven, in addition to being data-driven. Analyze and streamline clients' digital workflows through the application of advanced tools and protocols. Lead cross-functional teams in the creation and submission of award-winning case studies. Develop and launch initiatives to cultivate a creative and digital-first agency culture.
