About the role

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to lead global, enterprise-focused campaigns in the rapidly evolving space of data security and AI governance. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate complex security and AI concepts into compelling enterprise narratives, and is motivated by measurable business impact. You will own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, PR, Digital, Field Marketing, and regional teams to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline for Veeam's Security and AI governance go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute global go-to-market campaigns focused on data security, privacy, and AI governance
  • Develop and launch integrated, end-to-end campaigns aligned with enterprise buyer journeys - from awareness to pipeline generation
  • Translate complex topics (AI risk, data protection, governance, resilience) into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging in partnership with Product Marketing
  • Design and execute omnichannel programs across paid media, email, web, social, webinars, and virtual or in-person events
  • Leverage segmentation, intent data, and ABM strategies to improve engagement quality and conversion across enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with and manage internal and external stakeholders (creative teams, digital teams, agencies, regional marketers) to deliver high-quality campaign assets
  • Build campaign roadmaps, messaging frameworks, and promotional plans tailored to buyer personas and use cases
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize ROI and ROAS
  • Analyze performance data, report insights to senior stakeholders, and continuously optimize campaigns based on results
  • Ensure alignment between global strategy and regional/field marketing execution
  • Support annual and quarterly planning, forecasting, and prioritization for campaign initiatives

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaign management, with a focus on enterprise audiences
  • Strong background in B2B technology, SaaS, security, data, or AI-related domains
  • Proven ability to manage complex, global campaigns in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying committees, executive personas, and buying group dynamics
  • Hands-on experience with ABM strategies and tools (e.g., 6sense or similar)
  • Strong expertise in omnichannel digital marketing (paid media, email, social, web, webinars)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to change
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced English proficiency

  • ABM and intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense) are a plus
