Job Description Due to the growing business and its complexity, our Private Equity Investment Structuring team is looking for a motivated Paralegal with responsibilities in the legal structuring and fund formation team. Your tasks will include: Incorporating investment vehicles mainly in Ireland, Luxembourg, the Cayman Islands, USA and other jurisdictions; Coordinating service level agreements and onboarding processes for all new investment structures with both internal and external service providers; Updating relevant legal documentation (offering documents, simple agreement updates, service provider RFPs, etc.) to ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulatory and tax regimes; Updating the internal data base with the information on all Private Equity investment vehicles; Administering internal management committees.
