About the role
Reporting to the Kitchen Production Manager and responsible for the operations of the Kitchen production area. Assist in forecasting and purchasing of food and goods supply. Possess decision-making and problem-solving abilities with the drive to make things happen and computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office is required. Have experience in supporting and implementing action plans. You have experience in supervising and working with a diverse team. Lead by example and enjoy sharing your knowledge in developing and coaching the co-workers to support our Store's growth. You are service-oriented, possess good culinary skill and able to multi-task.
