Impact.com is growing quickly in the Nordics, Spain and France and now the Studio team, the in-house influencer marketing team, are looking to expand with a person focusing on influencer campaigns and support in Europe as well as the Nordics. Position Overview: As a member of the Studio team, you will contribute to multiple accounts across verticals, including fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more. We design and manage campaigns for clients from introductory tests to year-long brand ambassador programs. In this role, you will create and support campaign execution for a variety of brands. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance. If you know how to turn influencer partnerships into measurable business growth (CTR, conversions, ROI) while maintaining beautiful brand alignment, you'll fit right in. Main Responsibilities: End-to-End Campaign Management: Strategically plan, execute, optimize, and report on full-funnel influencer campaigns from initial brief and creator onboarding to final reporting. Performance & Traffic Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize daily campaign traffic and key metrics using our internal tools and dashboards to meet client goals. Creator Relations & Recruitment: Identify, negotiate with, and recruit high-performing creators, managing logistics like product seeding and building long-term brand ambassador programs. Strategic Client & Sales Alignment: Align campaigns with clients' business objectives, collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams, and identify upsell opportunities. Budget & Logistics Management: Strategically allocate campaign budgets and manage product-seeding workflows effectively. Community Engagement: Plan and organize exclusive creator events and workshops to foster community growth and ensure impact.com / creator is the preferred platform for talent. Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging industry best practices. The position is full time - remotely from Copenhagen. You would be a part of a big global organization where you will learn from teams across the globe. You will report directly to the Sweden office Head of Creator Nordics, France & Spain.
