- Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in food manufacturing operations.
- At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience managing production teams in a high-volume food manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
