Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Leadership Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

  • Budget Management Oversee significant monthly Google Ads budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and continuous ROI improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on, high-budget Google Ads management experience in e-commerce or retail.
  • Google Ads Certifications required; additional Google Analytics or Display/Shopping certifications are an asset.
  • Expertise in PPC, attribution models, conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Work Arrangement
  • Remote-first role with 1 day per week required in-office at our Laval, QC headquarters for collaboration and team alignment.
