Job Summary Reporting to the Director, Member Communications, the Content Specialist Member Experience will be responsible for creating compelling content that enhances the overall Member experience across various touchpoints. The Content Specialist, plays a crucial role in maintaining our brand voice, ensuring plain language and consistency in messaging across multiple communication channels. In addition, this role will be responsible for ensuring all member communications are compliant with state and federal regulations with particular attention to accessibility and language accommodations. Job Description Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing (top five) : Assist in creating content for Member communications, including direct mail, emails, text messages, newsletters, user guides, knowledge base articles, in-product messaging, IVR messages, and web/mobile content under the guidance of senior team members. Support collaboration efforts with Customer Experience (CX), Digital Product & Experience, and Member Service teams by gathering input and helping to ensure content aligns with user needs and team goals. Contribute to the development of clear and engaging content that helps Members understand and use our products and services effectively, while learning to apply brand guidelines, tone of voice, plain language principles, and accessibility best practices. Assist in reviewing and proofreading content created by others to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards, with opportunities to learn from feedback and best practices. Participate in team projects and meetings and take on additional tasks as assigned to support the content team and grow your skills. Requirements

- $58,087.20 -$87,130.80
