- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Advanced MS Office skills (HRIS experience highly regarded)
- Experience in financial services (desirable)
- Experience managing domestic and international travel
- Ability to adapt to change and work flexibly
- Office-based role for the majority of the week
