About the role

As a People Services & Knowledge Specialist, you will help drive our goals by: Managing and continuously improving HR knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint, knowledge articles, AI tools) to enable effective employee and manager self-service Coordinating and supporting HR content owners to ensure knowledge is accurate, up to date, and meets quality and accessibility standards Administering and supporting global engagement surveys, including setup, delivery, reporting, and maintaining user guidance materials Supporting Talent Management processes by collaborating on system requirements, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth execution Providing timely support to employees, managers, and HR by resolving queries across knowledge management, talent, engagement areas. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working effectively in evolving environments.
