We're seeking a motivated and patient‑centered Clinic Director to lead our team at Rochester Hills. You'll oversee daily clinic operations, support staff development, and ensure exceptional care for every patient. Lead and oversee patient evaluations and ensure treatment plans meet clinical standards Provide direct patient care and maintain accurate, timely documentation Supervise and support PTAs and rehab technicians to uphold quality of care Develop and monitor plans of care, treatment goals, and patient progress Ensure consistent implementation of therapy programs and best practices Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and payors Support clinic growth through community outreach and local marketing efforts Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
