Position Responsibilities Own the full Data Center lifecycle, by designing, implementing and optimizing IT networks and cloud environments to ensure reliable operations. Oversee and develop a team of network engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as SD-WAN and zero-trust network access to enhance security and performance. Partner with IT teams to ensure the Data Center network architecture supports organizational security and business objectives. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Major in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar preferred. 7+ years of network engineering experience, with 2+ years in a team lead or leadership role. Proficient in routing and switching protocols, such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS. Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and network monitoring tools. CCNA or CCNP certification preferred. Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
