You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and help drive transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making while supporting ongoing digitalization and automation initiatives. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Drive OPEX follow-up and analyze actuals versus budget and forecast Support monthly closing, forecasting, and estimate processes Prepare, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and financial analyses Structure, cleanse, and improve data quality and data management processes Support initiatives related to reporting automation and digital transformation Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools Collaborate with multiple teams to improve business performance and reporting capabilities Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within finance and controlling 👤 Who We Are Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in finance, controlling, business analysis, or similar roles Strong interest in business performance, analytics, and data-driven decision-making Good understanding of financial concepts such as P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop 💡 Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Power BI and data visualization tools Interest in automation, digital transformation, and reporting solutions Curiosity about AI and its applications within finance and business operations Experience working with large datasets and data quality improvement initiatives 🛠 Skills & Competencies Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Interest in process improvement and operational excellence 🌟 What You Will Gain Opportunity to work in a modern, data-driven finance environment Exposure to digitalization, automation, and AI-related initiatives A role with significant impact on business performance and decision-making Professional growth within Business Control and Financial Analysis Collaboration with experienced professionals in an international environment 📍 Location: Gothenburg 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 🏢 Work Model: On-site 📅 Assignment Period: July 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027 Sway Sourcing är en innovativ rekryteringspartner som specialiserar sig på att matcha rätt talang med rätt företag - snabbt och effektivt.
