Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and senior chefs to accurately execute food orders and ensure consistent and high-caliber food preparation and presentation that meets restaurant standards.
- Ensure the highest level of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety is adhered to in the handling of food items.
- Ensure all food products are stored in appropriate containers, labeled, and rotated, to minimize waste, maximize quality, and ensure freshness.

- Minimum one year of prep or cooking experience is preferred.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Experience working more than one station at a time is considered an asset.
- Strong English communication skills with ability to establish and develop relationships with team members, partners, and leaders.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, control, and composure in difficult and stressful situations.
- Food Handler's Certification considered an asset
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Salary Range: $18 - $20 per hour plus gratuities
