About the role

Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and support brand expansion initiatives. Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control measures, revenue analysis, and profit optimization. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the management team Plan and implement marketing, promotional, and customer engagement initiatives to increase sales, customer traffic, and brand visibility Maintain and uphold exceptional standards of customer service, food quality, operational excellence, and overall guest satisfaction. Oversee procurement activities, supplier relationships, inventory management, and cost-effective purchasing practices. Lead talent acquisition, employee development, workforce planning, and performance management across all departments. Ensure the effective implementation and adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene standards, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements Establish and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers, partners, vendors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential expansion strategies for new outlets or business concepts.
