You've come to the right place... We are looking for a talented, proactive, dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager Pharma Are you ready to be part of our international, dynamic Team? If yes, we would like to meet you! Mission To further strengthen our Pharma business and support continued growth in the Greek market. This role combines commercial accountability with product management, requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers. Main Accountabilities Drive sales performance and business development across the Pharma portfolio Manage assigned product lines, including product lifecycle, market positioning, and pricing strategy Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners Identify new business opportunities and monitor market and industry trends Cooperate closely with suppliers on product strategies, launches, and technical support Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance analyses Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and regulatory teams Ensure best-in-class customer engagement through optimal usage of the CRM system (Dynamics 365) and the integration of the different IT systems Visit and represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences, networking with representatives from a broad range of companies Translate the Group's Sustainability Strategy into concrete job-related action items and contribute actively and timely to the implementation of the sustainability KPIs Experience, Skills & Education Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences is a must 3-5 years of experience in sales/product management within Pharma industry Strong commercial mindset with a structured and analytical approach Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Fluent in English Willingness to travel within the region as required
