Responsibilities
- Full ownership in supporting new equipment launches or rollouts.
- Closely collaborate with divisional stakeholders, business leaders and RD&E leaders to fulfill business needs in growth and new launches.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines relating to the chemical category.
- Be a safety and ethical champion (Lead by Example).
- Drive accountability and P&L Impact to achieve OGSM / business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 6 years of cross functional experience with knowledge and understanding of procurement processes
- Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills
- Demonstrated professionalism and strong presence in interactions with others
- Ability to travel up to 30% domestically
- Hybrid work model - in the office 3 days per week and the ability to work remotely 2 days per week.

- Experience balancing competing priorities of Senior VPs/General Managers/C-suite stakeholders
- Previous professional experience in a global (Fortune 500 or similar) multi-national company with operations in all major world markets and regions
