About the role

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, regulatory relations, or institutional affairs - ideally within fintech, financial services, technology, or adjacent sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian political, regulatory, and financial ecosystem, - including the legislative process and the interplay between the Executive, Legislative and regulatory authorities - and familiarity with the key institutions that shape the payments market.
- Established relationships or proven ability to build and maintain high-level connections with policymakers, regulators, associations, and public institutions with ethical and institutional approach.
- Experience representing organizations in public hearings, meetings with regulators, and multi-stakeholder working groups.
- Ability to analyze regulatory and legislative texts and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Strategic mindset, paired with a hands-on, autonomous, and collaborative approach.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, International Relations, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
