Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a Middle Office risk team supporting the global commodity trading desk

We are seeking a Middle Office Manager for Crude, Refined Products and Freight, with deep commercial commodity and freight risk control experience to join our global Middle Office Risk leadership team, based in Houston, TX. This role provides functional leadership, governance ownership, and strategic risk oversight across international commodity and freight trading activities. As a Manager in Risk, you will be accountable for the end‑to‑end product and market risk control oversight framework supporting Suncor's global trading activities, including physical and derivative crude and refined products and freight trading.
