Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, business development, or related roles within life sciences, healthcare, or technology .
- Experience supporting partnership, strategy, or cross-functional initiatives, with exposure to external collaborations, or strategic planning.
- Scientific understanding of oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas.
- Familiarity with AI/ML in life sciences and its application to discovery and clinical development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-through across stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to break down ambiguous problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, or equivalent) preferred; strong scientific literacy required.
