About the role
Location: Ubi/Alexandra Rd Duration: 1 year contract Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6 and Alternate Sat/Sun 8am - 12pm Salary: Up to $2700 + 1 month completion bonus (OT Payable) Job Responsibilities: Ensure completed repair work aligns with approved quotations, and all reported issues are fully resolved before vehicle handover Follow up on outstanding issues and provide timely updates to ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate delivery and collection of vehicles for customers, servicing, repairs, and rental activities Conduct daily checks on vehicle cleanliness and condition (interior and exterior) before handover Proactively identify vehicles due for servicing or maintenance and coordinate schedules with the team Deliver and collect vehicle for servicing or maintenance Arrange and send vehicles for annual statutory inspections Ensure accurate recording of vehicle movements, replacement details, and customer acknowledgements record Assist customers with accident report submissions and promptly report any incidents or damages Maintain accurate records of daily petrol consumption Ensure all required documents are properly completed and signed prior to vehicle handover Provide daily updates on task completion and work status to the team Perform adhoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License Proficiency in Microsoft Office Minimum 1 year experience in automotive maintenance or related field Basic vehicle diagnostic skills are an advantage Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
