About the role
Our client, a leading global business services company, is looking for a Guest Executive Ambassador to deliver a premium, high-touch guest experience at their prestigious Marina Bay Financial Centre offices. You will be the face of the organization, hosting VIP guests and ensuring all meetings, events, and facilities run seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors; escort them to meeting rooms and conduct welcome briefings (room systems, restrooms, fire exits)
- Attend to enquiries from staff and courier services; receive and record incoming mail and send reminders
- Offer and serve beverages to management staff and external guests; coordinate with stewardesses accordingly
- Check and maintain meeting room set-up standards, floral arrangements, and report facility faults
- Manage executive meeting room bookings; call users to reconfirm 15 minutes prior and follow up on no-shows
- Coordinate and oversee vendors and caterers onsite for VIP and executive events
- Provide accurate directions to meeting venues, office locations, and nearby amenities
- Maintain a list of nearby amenities, facilities, and services in the CBD area
- Provide taxi booking services and maintain emergency guest amenities (sewing kit, first aid, stationery, umbrellas)
- Prepare weekly schedules for stewardesses and technicians; submit weekly room release reports
- Handle meeting room enquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
- Receive and document feedback from guests and staff on facilities and services
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, facilities management, or customer experience
- Strong command of English; fluency in a local language is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and handle complex situations effectively
