Ecommerce & Admin Associate

Responsibilities

• E-Commerce & Customer Service Management
• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, including the website and TikTok Shop, to ensure smooth operations
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage feedback, returns, and exchanges across all e-commerce channels
• Maintain accurate product and promotional information across platforms to support sales and marketing efforts
• Monitor and support live stream sessions by partners and hosts to enhance customer engagement
• Resolve customer issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction and seller ratings
• Ensure specific order details and special requests are communicated effectively to relevant teams
• Analyze e-commerce performance data and recommend improvements to enhance the online shopping experience
• Collaborate with the Management Team to initiate and manage e-commerce promotions and campaigns
• Logistics Planning (Ecommerce)
• Coordinate with in-house delivery teams and outsourced logistics providers to ensure timely and professional delivery, returns, and exchanges
• Plan and optimize e-commerce delivery routes to improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and delivery documentation for accounting purposes
• Administration & Data Entry
• Perform daily data entry for orders and customer records with accuracy
• Manage administrative processes including product registration and related paperwork
• Update inventory levels and product listings across online storefronts regularly
• Follow up on pending documentation with partners and clients to ensure completeness
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance
• Required competencies and certifications
• Proficient in spoken & written English and basic fluency in Mandarin to handle inquiries and manage livestream projects in Chinese
• Singapore Citizen or PR only
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office software
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment
• High emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and strong time management
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, Retail, or related fields
• 1-3 years' experience in e-commerce, customer service, or administrative roles
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially TikTok Shop and websites
• Knowledge of basic design software such as Canva would be an advantage
• Interest or experience in the food and beverage industry
