Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a call centre, handling inbound calls and emails.
  • Prior experience working in a call centre environment and willingness to work on Australian working hour shifts
  • Ability to multitask effectively while delivering high-quality customer experience, including managing calls, emails, and case documentation simultaneously
  • Enthusiastic, resilient, adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
  • Fun outlook, positive attitude and can-do mindset
  • Prior exposure to a web-driven environment - e.g. familiar with Zendesk, Notion and Slack applications

We're looking for a customer service-driven individual with a passion for resolving customer issues, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow with the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for detail, and enjoys solving problems. Working Arrangement: This role is office-based for the first 6 months to support onboarding, training and ramp-up. Upon successful integration into the role, the arrangement will transition to a hybrid model.
