About the role
Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a SME Mission Trainer. On behalf of AFSPC A3/6T, and assigned to the 460 SW, Buckley AFB, CO as resident Space Mission Force (SMF) Advanced Training (AT) II Space Mission Force (SME); support AT research and course development in support of Ready Space Crew Program (RSP) and SMF constructs. Build on existing courseware to train space forces to better operate in the contested, degraded and operationally-limited (CDO) environment to augment existing mission-unique training. Develop course materials to include inputs from DoD total force exercises, intelligence support, training against red forces, integrated with external units such as the JSpOC, AOCs, and USAFWC; and provide advanced academics to enhance space operators' knowledge of their weapon system and the warfighting context in which it is operated. In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
