Senior Accountant - Irvine, CA Seeking a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for accounting and reporting for the General Partner investment entities. This person will have exposure to GP level and Fund level investment accounting in opportunity funds, core funds, hedge funds and some exposure to partnership taxation issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Administer, reconcile, and record investment and equity activity Prepare monthly departmental report, quarterly partner statement of investments, and annual financial statements Create and manage various accounting and financial models in Excel Read and comprehend various agreements Assist with partnership/partner reporting and requests Assist with special analyses and projects
