About the role

Job Description & Requirements - Recommend hairstyles and haircuts according to customers' face shapes and tastes - Apply a wide range of hair coloring techniques, like highlights(Branded colour knowledge and mixing level) . Humble with seniors or pioneer customers and treat well for free haircut services. - Professional in face waxing (beard and moustache), and facial services. - Cut, trim and shave and shaping (beard and mustache) hair using professional equipment, Shampooing, cutting, coloring, and highlighting hair. - Performing scalp treatments. A wide pallet of styling and coloring techniques. Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers. - Provide exceptional hairstyling services to clients, includingcutting, coloring, and styling, while maintaining the salon's high standards ofquality. - Ensure tidiness of beauty stations and sterilize tools, as needed - Utilize social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to showcase your work, engage with followers, and attract new clients to the salon. - Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, reflecting the high-end image of the salon. Requirements and skills - Work experience as a Hair Stylist, (Long and short Hair) Hairdresser, Colourist or similar role - Professional skills in fade all types and shave and shaping (beard and moustache ) Unisex salon - Professional skills in Proficiency in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers - Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques - Handle customers' needs with the best abilities to design & create hairstyle, provide hair cut, trim, colour, hair scalp treatment, mud treatment, re-bonding, shape hair base on customers' preference - Knowledge of a wide range of haircuts, suitable for all hair lengths(e.g. braids and top knots (layered, pixie, undercut, crew, butterfly, bob etc) - Up-to-date with industry trends - Excellent communication skills - Minimum 4 years experience saloon Hair cutting.
