Graphic Designer (Remote - Philippines)

Our client is a US-based branded merchandise and promotional products company that helps businesses bring their brands to life through custom apparel, promotional items, and creative marketing products. They specialize in custom-designed merchandise including apparel, drinkware, bags, accessories, and corporate branding materials using high-quality printing and embroidery techniques. Operating as a fast-paced and highly collaborative team, they focus on creativity, efficiency, and delivering premium branded products that leave a lasting impression. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support creative production and help streamline the design process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hand-drawing and digital illustration, and who can independently turn creative concepts into polished, production-ready artwork. You'll work closely with a small, fast-moving team to create custom designs, product mockups, and branded merchandise visuals across apparel, drinkware, pens, and other promotional products. This is a remote opportunity for a creative professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create hand-drawn custom artwork and convert designs into clean digital assets using Adobe Illustrator
• Develop mockups for branded merchandise and promotional products
• Adapt designs based on product specifications, sizing limitations, color restrictions, and decoration methods
• Prepare production-ready artwork files
• Collaborate with the team through messaging and file-sharing platforms for updates and revisions
• Improve and simplify existing creative workflows to reduce turnaround time
• Execute design concepts independently with minimal hand-holding

Requirements

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience
• Strong hand-drawing and illustration skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience creating product mockups for branded merchandise or apparel
• Understanding of print, sizing, color, and decoration limitations across different products
• Ability to follow creative direction while working independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
• Willingness to complete a design assessment during the hiring process
• Portfolio showcasing hand-drawn artwork transformed into digital designs
• Experience in promotional products, apparel, or merchandise design is highly preferred
• Process improvement mindset and ability to simplify workflows
