About the role
This is a client- and candidate-facing recruitment role. You will help evaluate candidates, understand their motivations, communicate opportunities clearly, and support them through the hiring process. You will also act as a recruitment consultant to clients by helping clarify role requirements, identify market challenges, and provide practical hiring feedback. This is not a resume-forwarding role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, communicate professionally, and influence hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Recruit for U.S.-based healthcare roles, including clinical, leadership, and operations positions
- Review and assess candidate applications with the support of AI-enabled tools
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
- Understand candidate motivation, compensation expectations, career goals, and potential fit
- Present opportunities clearly and professionally to candidates
- Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process
- Communicate with clients regarding candidate fit, role requirements, and hiring feedback
- Provide market insights based on candidate conversations and recruitment activity
- Maintain accurate candidate and client communication in the ATS/CRM
- Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, organization, and communication quality
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience recruiting for U.S. clients or international markets preferred
- Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients professionally
- Strong judgment when evaluating candidate fit beyond the resume
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple active roles
- Comfortable using recruitment systems, ATS platforms, and AI-supported tools
- Experience recruiting physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, or healthcare management professionals
- Experience in agency recruitment
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Experience supporting direct hire, contract, or project-based recruitment
