Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward! The work: Lead a large-scale SAFe transformation, including vision, roadmap, and multiteam Agile adoption. Coach executives, leaders, RTEs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Agile mindset and best practices. Design and deliver Agile training (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) with custom curricula and instructional materials tailored for each audience. Launch and coach Agile Release Trains (ARTs); facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos, and cross-team coordination events. Conduct Agile maturity assessments, identify capability gaps, and create improvement plans for teams and ARTs. Use Agile tooling (Jira/Align, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne, Confluence, Miro) for planning, metrics, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement using retrospectives, health checks, surveys, and feedback loops. Report on key Agile metrics (predictability, flow, throughput, cycle time, PI objectives). Influence organizational culture and help teams adopt new ways of working through effective change coaching. Mentor Scrum Masters and emerging Agile leaders; provide guidance on roles, ceremonies, & best practices. Here's what you need: Bachelors degree and 8+ years of professional experience 5+ years leading agile transformations at scale Minimum 3 years migrating from single-team Scrum to multi-team scaled agile (multiple ARTs) Demonstrated experience launching ARTs, facilitating PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt, and improving train workflow Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training across Scrum, SAFe, Kanban; develop clear instructional materials Experience assessing Agile maturity, identifying capability gaps, and building improvement plans. Proficiency operating Agile tools (Jira/Align, Azure DevOps, Rally, VersionOne, Confluence, Miro) Strong executive coaching, facilitation, and communication skills Preferred Experience: Federal / Intelligence Community experience. Knowledge of DevOps and Automated Testing practices. Experience with portfolio-level flow, lean budgeting, and value stream management. Certification Required: Current SAFe Pratice Consultant Certification (SPC) Eligibility Requirements: US Citizenship required Top Secret clearance required Location: onsite in Winchester, VA As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
