🚀 Assystem is hiring a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple decommissioning projects in Culham . This role is perfect for a strong leader with excellent communication & negotiation skills and proven decommissioning experience. 💼⚡ 🔧 What You'll Be Doing 📊 Managing multiple decommissioning projects end-to-end - including budgets & schedules 🛡️ Developing and implementing SHEQ requirements while maintaining risk registers 🤝 Acting as the main client contact and delivering regular progress updates ✅ Supporting external accreditation audits and maintaining integrated management systems 💡 Building strong customer relationships and driving innovation across projects 🎯 Qualifications 👥 Strong leadership and people management skills 🏗️ Proven experience in the decommissioning or demolition industry 💬 Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Whilst we encourage applications from all nationalities, Assystem within the UK are subject to security and export control restrictions due to the nature of work to be undertaken.
